Charges & Billing:

We deliver on Monday mornings between 9:30 am and 11:30 am and Friday evenings between 6:45 pm and 8:45 pm

• $5 delivery charge up to 15 miles from our property.
• Additional $5 charge up to 30 miles total from our office.
• Delivery limit is defined by outer ring. If in doubt, please contact us. View our town listing.
• We will deliver orders over $500 anywhere within state borders.
• Prepayment is REQUIRED for ALL NEW CUSTOMER delivery orders. If you do not have a credit card, you may pay by cash or check in person at the Academy/Kennel office prior to delivery. You may also pay money on account. $100 prepays recieve a $10 discount credit.
• While we have a 4wd vehicle, this does not exclude you from keeping your driveway clear. If we are unable to reach your home due to obstruction, aggressive dog, mud or snow; you will still be charged the delivery fee.
• We will leave your order in a location as requested by you. Ebony Kennel is not responsible for what happens to your order once we drop it off. Please be sure your location is safe from the elements, theft and animals.
• If we are unable to make your delivery due to a problem on our end, we will reschedule a a delivery and credit the delivery fees to your kennel account.

Entering your home:

• If you request your delivery to be placed inside your home while you are not there, we will need a Liability Waiver signed. You may download the waiver here.
• We will not be responsible for escaped pets. PLEASE make sure your pets are closed in another room or kennel prior to our arrival.
• You may hide a housekey on your property or make a copy for us to keep. If you copy a key for us, be assured that it will be stored in a fireproof safe on non-delivery days.

We reserve the right to change delivery fees, discontinue delivery services or change details at any time. Current fees and details are available online or in our office. Please contact us if you have any further concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to service you.
